Charlie Bennett, founder

Otter founder Charlie Bennett is a seasoned pro with a background in media, formerly as Head of Client Sales at the Evening Standard newspaper in London and as a Publisher with the UK newspaper giant Trinity Mirror. Transitioning into recruitment, Charlie gained valuable experience with a mainstream recruiter Nigel Wright before founding Otter, inspired by his passion for forging long-term relationships at every business life stage and career point. Charlie also actively manages Middleton North, a sustainable farm in the North East of England jointly owned with his wife. The farm exemplifies his commitment to sustainable food production and environmental stewardship, benefiting wildlife and plant species while enhancing soil health. Charlie is an ambassador for:
